When someone buys on my product through paypal, it is not recorded on my clickfunnels data. It is however recorded on funnelish but it shows “0” orders which I can’t gather data. It is quite time consuming as I have to check on my paypal account if someone buys the product then check the info (name, address, email, phone # etc) on my clickfunnels “contacts” list. Can someone help me with this?
I have the same Problem and it is really disturbing! I checked everything if it’s set up right and it is. You haven’t received an answer yet???
I am also having this same issue. In certain cases the address information for the customer is not showing up either.
