PayPal purchase not showing up in Clickfunnels

Hi since the recent update,

The purchases I got from PayPal does not show up n my Clickfunnels Purchase tab.

So I have to go to funnelish every time to check if someone bought via PayPal.

Any solutions to this glitch?

That has nothing to do with the update mostly, are you sure you didn’t change your product name? changing the product name should affect the Cart ID which is used by CF to track your orders…

Can you contact us through [email protected] and provide further details like, your account email, funnel concerned, and one of the purchases that didn’t show up in CF… and maybe your Skype ID in case we need to assign a free agent to work with you one-on-one to resolve your issue faster :wink:
