Processing Endless Loop

I’m using PayPal v1 and getting stuck on the ‘Processing’ section as it is not taking my customers through to the PayPal ordering process. This was working last week and believe I saw a note about a recent change? I’ve triple checked all of the settings in both ClickFunnels as well in Funnelish (product names, header script, etc.). Please advise on this as this is effecting our business.

Can you share your Funnel, please? we are currently checking the first case but can you share your Funnel or email us the funnel URL so we can check it to confirm if it’s the same case or not

Hello @jferrell12,

Can you try to use PayPal Plugin v1 it’s easier to use and won’t have that issue, your PayPal Express account, has Digital goods feature disabled… it’s pretty annoying to set it that way and it’s really easy to just use PayPal Plugin v1 it’s smooth and works perfect :wink:

Is there a way to track purchase value on the checkout page with the v1 integration? That’s really my main concern is being able to track conversion values with FB pixel so that I can scale ads

I called PayPal and got the Digital Goods feature enabled and re-connected all of the API’s but still having the same issue.

Hi i have the same problem now with the checkout processing is endless looping.
Is there already a solution for?
i use the paypal 1 instead v2 already.
