Proofy Not Tracking Opt-Ins

Hello, I have installed proofy on my funnel and enabled it at the account and funnel level.

It is enabled to track opt-ins but not purchases on my lead magnet landing page (Simple email/first name opt-in)

Proofy does not appear to be tracking these opt-ins and is therefor not firing on any page loads. Please advise on how I can fix this so that it fires properly.

Hi @Chris_Heckman,

So I assume you’ve configured it under Funnel > Settings > Apps > Proofy and given an appropriate message to be shown?

Also are you testing on your own or with real data? Proofy won’t show a sale/action that was taken by on a device to the same device.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was opting in from the same browser, so I believe that could have been the issue.
