Hi, I had an idea here that could level up the automations.
It would be a tagging feature, the idea is the following:

Add a new Action called: Add Tag

That tag is attached to the costumer profile

Under the Condition block you would be able to create a condition based on that tag, like, has this specific tag, the tag contains X, has any tag, doesnt have tags, etc

This would allow for a much bigger level of freedom and customization that allows much for better automations.
